ORDERING / DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / SHIPPING COSTS / SHIPPING METHODS

We will make every effort to receive your order as soon as possible. Your order will be prepared with full attention and care within 2-3 business days and for certain codes within 5-9 business days.

Once your order payment is confirmed and you receive the relevant notification email with the code of your shipment, you will receive your order as follows:

• Greece: Free shipping (1-2 business days – 3 business days to remote areas)
• Europe: 15-25 EUR (3-4 business days)
• USA, Canada, Mexico: 25-35 EUR (5-7 business days)
• Other countries: 35-45 EUR (7-9 business days).

All shipments within Greece are made through ACS Courier. Shipments abroad are made through Hellenic Post – Registered Service.

For all shipments within Greece and abroad, it is possible to insure your parcel with additional charge per package, depending on its value and the place of delivery.
