LIABILITY AND WARRANTY OF THE SUPPLIER.
SELLER’S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS.

Claims against the manufacturer for damages are barred after three years since the injured party was informed or should have been informed about the damage, the defect and the identity of the manufacturer. After ten years of the circulation of this product a depreciation of the injured party rights against the manufacturer occurs. The FAYSTONE has against you all the obligations laid down in the Civil Code for the seller. Especially in case of a defect of a product that we sell you can (a) demand its repair without your charge or its replacement with another unless it is impossible or it requires a disproportionate expenditure (b) to ask for a price reduction, and (c) to withdraw, unless it is a minor real defect. These obligations do not exist if the defect is caused by you, or by force majeure in a strict or broad sense. In each case the necessary documentation and receipts must accompany the products.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal, you can cancel the order in the following cases:

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by Credit/Debit Card:

If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you must be present at the receipt of your order having your identity card with you.
If the order is carried out on the data and on behalf of a company then the credit card used has to be a corporate credit card. That means that it has to be issued on the data of the respective company. Upon receipt of the order the holder of the corporate credit card has to be present, with his identity card.

NOTE: For transfers made from different banks than those in which the store has an account, the expenses of the banks are borne entirely by the originator.

 

PRICES OF THE AVAILABLE PRODUCTS

The prices listed in the relevant price lists of the online store www.faystone.com store include the related VAT (24%).
For sales to countries outside the European Union, the buyer bears the cost of taxes and customs duties that will result from the sale of the goods and he will have to pay them upon the delivery of the product to him. We will make every effort to receive your order as soon as possible. Your order will be prepared with full attention and care within 2-3 business days and for certain codes within 5-7 business days.

Once your order payment is confirmed and you receive the relevant notification email with the code of your shipment, you will receive your order as follows:

  • Greece: Free shipping (1-2 business days – 3 business days to remote areas)
  • Europe: 15-25 EUR (3-4 business days)
  • USA, Canada, Mexico: 25-35 EUR (4-5 business days)
  • Other countries: 35-45 EUR (5-7 business days).

All shipments within Greece are made through GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI. Shipments abroad are made through DHL.

For all shipments within Greece and abroad, it is possible to insure your parcel with additional charge per package, depending on its value and the place of delivery.

ORDER DELAY

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
Our supplier sent the product or the raw materials of the product late. In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products and our products raw materials from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. But there are cases where our order may be delayed at customs or during transfer, with the result of not having it in our warehouses at the time we were expecting it. In any case, the delay does not exceed thirty days from the order confirmation.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 7 days from the date of their receipt.
During discounts the return of products is not accepted, except their exchange with another product. For discount goods the refund is not accepted. The products should be returned within 7 days from the date of their receipt and in their original packaging and condition.

Returns are accepted within 7 days and if the products you wish to return are in excellent condition, which is without being damaged or destroyed and without the security label being removed. Also they should be in their original packaging and they should include the sales receipt or invoice.

The return costs and customs charges are borne solely by the customer.
The customer must ensure the safe return of the products and that they will arrive at our offices at their original state. At the same time, we suggest to use a delivery service for the return of your products, which has a tracking service of its deliveries, so you can easily locate where is your return and if it was delivered to our offices.

If a product is returned because the customer refused to pay the import costs or the duties for it, our company will request from the customer to pay the costs incurred to our company for its return to our offices.

Important Information: We can accept product returns, refunds or exchanges on special orders only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made to the original method of payment of your order that means the credit/debit card or your bank account within 10 business days from the time we receive your order.
The charges for shipping or insuring your goods are not returned, and these will be deducted from the account or your credit card in case of return of one or all of the products you have ordered.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the European Union, all taxes will be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination outside the European Union, the duties and the taxes of the relevant country are borne solely by the customer. EXCHANGES

Any exchange must be done within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods by you. If you return a product and the new product has a lower price, we will refund the difference to the method of your payment.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, to bear the security label and to be in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted.
